25:1 Եւ եղեւ բան Տեառն առ իս եւ ասէ:
|
25:1 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying:
|
25:2 Որդի մարդոյ, հաստատեա զերեսս քո ի վերայ որդւոցն Ամոնայ եւ մարգարեաց ի վերայ նոցա:
|
25:2 Son of man, set thy face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them:
|
25:3 եւ ասասցես ցորդիսն Ամոնայ. Լուարուք զպատգամս Ադոնայի Տեառն. այսպէս ասէ Ադոնայի Տէր. Փոխանակ զի ոտնհար եղերուք ի վերայ սրբութեանց իմոց որ պղծեցան, եւ ի վերայ երկրին Իսրայելի որ ապականեցաւ, եւ ի վերայ տանն Յուդայ որ գնաց ի գերութիւն:

25:3 And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity:
|
25:4 վասն այնորիկ ահաւադիկ ես մատնեմ զձեզ որդւոցն [553]Կեդեմայ ի ժառանգութիւն, եւ [554]բնակեսցեն մեղօքն` իւրեանց ի քեզ, եւ կանգնեսցեն զխորանս իւրեանց ի քեզ. նոքա կերիցեն զպտուղ քո, եւ նոքա արբցեն [555]զպարարտութիւն քո:

25:4 Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk:
|
25:5 Եւ տաց զքաղաքն Ամոնացւոց`` յարօտս ուղտուց, եւ զորդիսն Ամոնայ յարօտս հօտից, եւ ծանիջիք թէ ես եմ Տէր:
|
25:5 And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couchingplace for flocks: and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD:
|
25:6 Զի այսպէս ասէ Տէր Տէր. Փոխանակ զի կայթեցեր դու ձեռամբ քով, եւ դոփեցեր ոտամբ քով. եւ ուրախ [556]եղեր անձամբ քով ի վերայ երկրին Իսրայելի:
|
25:6 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast clapped [thine] hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel:
|
25:7 վասն այնորիկ ահաւադիկ ես ձգեցից զձեռն իմ ի վերայ քո, եւ տաց զքեզ ի յափշտակութիւն ի մէջ ազգաց, եւ սատակեցից զքեզ ի ժողովրդոց, եւ կորուսից զքեզ ի գաւառաց կորստեամբ, եւ ծանիցես թէ ես եմ Տէր:
[557]Ի վերայ Մովաբու:

25:7 Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I [am] the LORD:
|
25:8 Այսպէս ասէ Ադոնայի Տէր. Փոխանակ զի ասացին Մովաբ եւ Սէիր, թէ` Ահա որպէս ամենայն ազգք են` նոյնպէս եւ տունն [558]Իսրայելի եւ`` Յուդայ:
|
25:8 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Moab and Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah [is] like unto all the heathen:
|
25:9 վասն այդորիկ ահաւադիկ ես [559]քակեցից զթիկունս Մովաբու ի բարձուանդակաց քաղաքաց իւրոց, զընտիր ընտիր երկիրն` զտուն Բեթայ եւ զԱսիմովթայ, ի վերոյ քան զաղբեւր քաղաքին առ ծովեզերբն:

25:9 Therefore, behold, I will open the side of Moab from the cities, from his cities [which are] on his frontiers, the glory of the country, Beth- jeshimoth, Baal- meon, and Kiriathaim:
|
25:10 զորդիսն Կեդեմայ ի վերայ`` որդւոցն Ամոնայ, եւ ետու նմա ի ժառանգութիւն. զի մի՛ եղիցի յիշատակ որդւոցն Ամոնայ ի մէջ ազգաց:
|
25:10 Unto the men of the east with the Ammonites, and will give them in possession, that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations:
|
25:11 Եւ ի Մովաբայ վրէժ խնդրեցից, եւ ծանիցեն թէ ես եմ Տէր:
|
25:11 And I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I [am] the LORD:
|
25:12 [560]Ի վերայ Եդովմայ:`` Այսպէս ասէ Ադոնայի Տէր. Փոխանակ զի խնդրեաց վրէժ Եդովմ ի տանէն Յուդայ, եւ [561]ոխակալ եղեն եւ պահանջեցին վրէժս:

25:12 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Edom hath dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them:
|
25:13 վասն այդորիկ այսպէս ասէ Ադոնայի Տէր. Ձգեցից զձեռն իմ ի վերայ Եդովմայ, եւ սատակեցից ի նմանէ զմարդ եւ զանասուն, եւ եդից զնա անապատ. [562]եւ հալածեալք ի Թեմանայ`` անկցին ի սուր:

25:13 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword:
|
25:14 Եւ խնդրեցից վրէժս յԵդովմայ ի ձեռն ժողովրդեան իմոյ Իսրայելի, եւ արասցեն ընդ Եդովմ ըստ բարկութեան սրտմտութեան իմոյ. եւ ծանիցեն զվրէժխնդրութիւն իմ, ասէ Ադոնայի Տէր:

25:14 And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord GOD:
|
25:15 [563]Ի վերայ Փղշտացւոցն: Վասն այդորիկ`` այսպէս ասէ Ադոնայի Տէր. Փոխանակ զի ոխակալ եղեն [564]այլազգիքն, եւ յարուցին վրէժխնդրութիւն սրտի մտօք յոտնհարութիւն` սատակել մինչեւ յաւիտեան:

25:15 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy [it] for the old hatred:
|
25:16 վասն այնորիկ այսպէս ասէ Ադոնայի Տէր. Ահաւադիկ ես ձգեցից զձեռն իմ ի վերայ այլազգեացդ, եւ սատակեցից [565]զԿրետացիսդ, եւ կորուսից զմնացորդս ծովեզերեայցդ:

25:16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast:
|
25:17 եւ խնդրեցից ի նոցանէ վրէժս մեծամեծս կշտամբութեամբ եւ բարկութեամբ, եւ ծանիցեն թէ ես եմ Ադոնայի Տէր, ի պահանջել զվրէժխնդրութիւն իմ ի նոցանէ:

25:17 And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them:
|
