13_1:8 Եւ աղաչեաց խնդրուածովք զՏէր, ի միտ առեալ եւ յիշեալ զգործս մեծամեծս Տեառն, եւ ասէ:

13_1:8 and made his prayer unto him:
|
13_1:9 Տէր Աստուած, թագաւոր ամենակալ, զի քում հրամանիդ սպասէ ամենայն ոք. ոչ ոք է որ ընդդէմ կայ քեզ` յորժամ կամիս դու կեցուցանել զժողովուրդ քո զԻսրայէլ:

13_1:9 Saying, O Lord, Lord, the King Almighty: for the whole world is in thy power, and if thou hast appointed to save Israel, there is no man that can gainsay thee:
|
13_1:10 Զի դու Տէր արարեր զերկինս եւ զերկիր եւ զամենայն սքանչելիս:
|
13_1:10 For thou hast made heaven and earth, and all the wondrous things under the heaven:
|
13_1:11 եւ դու տիրես ի վերայ ամենայնի, եւ ոչ ոք է որ հակառակ կայ քում տէրութեանդ, որ զամենայն գիտես:
|
13_1:11 Thou art Lord of all things, and and there is no man that can resist thee, which art the Lord:
|
13_1:12 զի ոչ հպարտութեամբ ինչ եւ ոչ ամբարտաւանութեամբ եւ ոչ թշնամանօք արարի զայս չպագանելս իմ երկիր ամբարտաւանին Համանայ:

13_1:12 Thou knowest all things, and thou knowest, Lord, that it was neither in contempt nor pride, nor for any desire of glory, that I did not bow down to proud Aman:
|
13_1:13 այլ հաճէի եւ կամէի պագանել զգարշապարս ոտից նորա առ ի փրկութիւն տանս Իսրայելի:
|
13_1:13 For I could have been content with good will for the salvation of Israel to kiss the soles of his feet:
|
13_1:14 Այլ արարից զայս, զի մի՛ տաց զփառս մարդոյ, այլ քեզ միայն ճշմարտիդ Աստուծոյ. եւ ոչ երկիր պագից ումեք` բայց քեզ Տեառն իմում. եւ ոչ արարի զայս ամբարտաւանութեամբ:

13_1:14 But I did this, that I might not prefer the glory of man above the glory of God: neither will I worship any but thee, O God, neither will I do it in pride:
|
13_1:15 Արդ, Տէր Աստուած Աբրահամու, խնայեա դու ի ժողովուրդ քո, զի յարուցեալ են ի վերայ մեր ապականիչք, զի ցանկացեալ են կորուսանել զժառանգութիւն քո որ էր ի սկզբանէ:
|
13_1:15 And now, O Lord God and King, spare thy people: for their eyes are upon us to bring us to nought; yea, they desire to destroy the inheritance, that hath been thine from the beginning:
|
13_1:16 մի՛ անտես առներ զբաժին քո զոր դու քեզէն փրկեցեր յերկրէն Եգիպտացւոց:
|
13_1:16 Despise not the portion, which thou hast delivered out of Egypt for thine own self:
|
13_1:17 Լուր, Տէր, ձայնի աղօթից իմոց, եւ քաւիչ լեր ժառանգութեան քում, եւ դարձո զսուգս մեր յուրախութիւն. զի կենդանիքս օրհնեսցուք զանունդ քո մեծ, Տէր. եւ մի՛ ապականեր զբերան զայն որ օրհնէն զքեզ:

13_1:17 Hear my prayer, and be merciful unto thine inheritance: turn our sorrow into joy, that we may live, O Lord, and praise thy name: and destroy not the mouths of them that praise thee, O Lord:
|
13_1:18 Եւ ամենայն Իսրայէլ կարդացին առ Տէր յամենայն զօրութենէ իւրեանց. զի մահն առաջի նոցա էր:
|
13_1:18 All Israel in like manner cried most earnestly unto the Lord, because their death was before their eyes:
