30:1 Եւ խօսեցաւ Մովսէս ընդ իշխանս որդւոցն Իսրայելի եւ ասէ. Այս բան է զոր հրամայեաց Տէր:

30:1 And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the thing which the LORD hath commanded:
|
30:2 Այր ոք այր` եթէ ուխտիցէ ուխտ Տեառն, կամ երդնուցու [497]երդումն սահմանաւ, կամ սահմանիցէ`` ինչ վասն անձին իւրոյ, մի՛ արասցէ ապախտ զբան իւր. այլ զամենայն ինչ որ ելանիցէ ի բերանոյ իւրմէ` արասցէ:

30:2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth:
|
30:3 Եւ եթէ կին ոք ուխտիցէ ուխտ Տեառն, կամ սահմանիցէ սահման ինչ ի տան հօր իւրոյ ի մանկութեան իւրում:
|
30:3 If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, [being] in her father' s house in her youth:
|
30:4 եւ լսիցէ հայր նորա զուխտս նորա եւ զսահմանս նորա զոր սահմանեաց զանձնէ իւրմէ, եւ լռեսցէ նմա հայր նորա, կացցեն ամենայն ուխտք նորա, եւ ամենայն սահմանքն զոր սահմանեաց զանձնէ իւրմէ` հաստատեսցին նմա:

30:4 And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand:

30:5 Եւ եթէ ոչ առնուցու յանձն հայր նորա յաւուր յորում լսիցէ զամենայն ուխտսն նորա, եւ զսահմանսն զոր սահմանեաց զանձնէ իւրմէ, մի՛ կացցեն. եւ Տէր անպարտ արասցէ զնա. զի ոչ առ յանձն հայր նորա:

30:5 But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her:
|
30:6 Ապա թէ լինելով լինիցի առն, եւ ուխտք իւր ի նմա իցեն ըստ ուխտելոյ շրթանց իւրոց զոր սահմանեաց զանձնէ իւրմէ:
|
30:6 And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul:
|
30:7 եւ լսիցէ այրն նորա եւ լռիցէ նմա յաւուր յորում լսիցէ, այնպէս կացցեն ամենայն ուխտք նորա, եւ սահմանքն նորա զոր սահմանեաց զանձնէ իւրմէ` հաստատեսցին:
|
30:7 And her husband heard [it,] and held his peace at her in the day that he heard [it]: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand:
|
30:8 Ապա թէ ոչ առնուցու յանձն այր նորա յաւուր յորում լսիցեն, ամենայն ուխտքն նորա եւ ամենայն սահմանքն զոր սահմանեաց զանձնէ իւրմէ` մի՛ հաստատեսցին. զի այրն ոչ առ յանձն. եւ Տէր անպարտ արասցէ զնա:

30:8 But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard [it]; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her:
|
30:9 Եւ ուխտք այրւոյ կամ հանելոյ, զոր ուխտիցէ զանձնէ իւրմէ` հաստատեսցին նմա:
|
30:9 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her:
|
30:10 Ապա թէ ի տան առն իւրոյ իցեն ուխտք նորա, կամ սահմանն զոր սահմանիցէ երդմամբ զանձն իւրմէ:
|
30:10 And if she vowed in her husband' s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath:
|
30:11 եւ լսիցէ այր նորա եւ լռիցէ նմա, եւ առնուցու նմա յանձն, կացցեն ամենայն ուխտք նորա, եւ ամենայն սահմանք նորա զոր սահմանեաց զանձնէ իւրմէ` հաստատեսցին նմա:

30:11 And her husband heard [it], and held his peace at her, [and] disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand:
|
30:12 Եւ եթէ խափանելով խափանեսցէ այրն նորա յորում աւուր լսիցէ զամենայն ինչ որ ելանիցէ ի շրթանց նորա ըստ ուխտից նորա եւ ըստ սահմանացն նորա զանձնէ իւրմէ, մի՛ հաստատեսցի նմա. զի այր նորա զանցոյց, եւ Տէր անպարտ արասցէ զնա:

30:12 But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard [them; then] whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her:
|
30:13 Զամենայն ուխտ եւ զամենայն երդումն կապոյ առ լլկելոյ զանձն, այր նորա հաստատեսցէ նմա, եւ այր նորա զանցուսցէ:
|
30:13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void:
|
30:14 Եւ եթէ լռելով լռեսցէ նմա օր ըստ օրէ, հաստատեսցէ նմա զամենայն ուխտսն իւր, եւ զսահմանսն կացուսցէ նմա. վասն զի լռեաց նմա յաւուրն յորում լուաւ:
|
30:14 But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which [are] upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard:
|
30:15 Եւ եթէ զանցուցանելով զանցուսցէ այր նորա յետ աւուրն յորում լուաւ, ընկալցի զմեղս իւր:
|
30:15 But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard [them]; then he shall bear her iniquity:
|
30:16 Այս իրաւունք են զոր պատուիրեաց Տէր Մովսիսի ընդ այր եւ ընդ կին իւր, ընդ հայր եւ ընդ դուստր իւր` ի մանկութեանն ի տան հօր իւրոյ:
|
30:16 These [are] the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, [being yet] in her youth in her father' s house:
