15:1 Յեւթն եւթներորդ ամի`` արասցես թողութիւն:

15:1 At the end of [every] seven years thou shalt make a release:
|
15:2 Եւ այս իցէ հրաման թողութեանն. թողցես զամենայն պարտս քո զոր պարտիցի քեզ ընկեր քո, եւ մի՛ պահանջիցես յընկերէ եւ յեղբօրէ քումմէ, զի թողութիւն կոչեցեալ է [259]Տեառն Աստուծոյ քո:

15:2 And this [is] the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth [ought] unto his neighbour shall release [it]; he shall not exact [it] of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD' S release:
|
15:3 Յօտարոտւոյն [260]պահանջիցես որ ինչ իցէ քո առ նմա, բայց եղբօրն քում թողութիւն արասցես զպարտուցն քոց:
|
15:3 Of a foreigner thou mayest exact [it again]: but [that] which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release:
|
15:4 Եւ մի՛ լինիցի ի միջի քում կարօտեալ. զի օրհնելով օրհնեսցէ զքեզ [261]Տէր Աստուած քո`` յերկրին զոր Տէր Աստուած քո տալոց է քեզ ի ժառանգութիւն ժառանգել զնա:

15:4 Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance to possess it:
|
15:5 Եւ եթէ լսելով լուիցես ձայնի Տեառն Աստուծոյ քո, պահել եւ առնել զամենայն պատուիրանս զոր ես պատուիրեմ քեզ այսօր:
|
15:5 Only if thou carefully hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all these commandments which I command thee this day:
|
15:6 զի Տէր Աստուած քո օրհնեաց զքեզ, որպէս եւ խոստացաւ քեզ, եւ տացես փոխ ազգաց բազմաց, եւ դու ոչ առնուցուս փոխ. եւ տիրեսցես ազգաց բազմաց, եւ քեզ մի՛ տիրեսցեն:

15:6 For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee:
|
15:7 Եւ եթէ լինիցի ի միջի քում կարօտեալ յեղբարց քոց, ի միում ի քաղաքաց քոց յերկրին զոր տացէ քեզ Տէր Աստուած քո, մի՛ դարձուցանիցես զսիրտ քո, եւ մի՛ կծկիցես զձեռն քո յեղբօրէ քումմէ կարօտելոյ:

15:7 If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:
|
15:8 այլ ընդարձակելով ընդարձակեսցես նմա զձեռն քո, եւ տալով տացես նմա փոխ [262]որչափ եւ խնդրիցէ ի կարօտութեան իւրում:
|
15:8 But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, [in that] which he wanteth:
|
15:9 Զգոյշ լեր անձին քում, գուցէ լինիցի բան [263]ծածուկ անօրէնութեան ի սրտի քում, եւ ասիցես. Մերձ է ամն եւթներորդ, ամն թողութեան, եւ չարակնեսցէ ակն քո ի վերայ եղբօր քո կարօտելոյ, եւ ոչ տայցես նմա. եւ բողոքեսցէ զքէն առ Տէր, եւ լինիցին քեզ այն [264]մեղք մեծամեծք:

15:9 Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the LORD against thee, and it be sin unto thee:
|
15:10 Այլ պարգեւելով պարգեւեսցես նմա, եւ տալով տացես նմա փոխ որչափ եւ պիտոյ իցէ``, եւ մի՛ տրտմիցիս ի սրտի քում զկնի տրոցն քոց նմա. զի վասն բանին այնորիկ օրհնեսցէ զքեզ Տէր Աստուած քո յամենայն ի գործս քո, եւ յամենայնի յոր ինչ եւ մխեսցես զձեռն քո:

15:10 Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto:
|
15:11 Զի ոչ պակասէ կարօտեալ յերկրէ, վասն այնորիկ ես պատուիրեմ զբանս զայս եւ ասեմ. Ընդարձակելով ընդարձակեսցես զձեռն քո յեղբայր քո, յաղքատ եւ ի տառապեալ որ իցէ յերկրին քում:

15:11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land:
|
15:12 Եւ եթէ վաճառեսցի քեզ եղբայր քո Եբրայեցի, կամ կին Եբրայեցի, ծառայեսցէ քեզ զվեց ամ. եւ յամին եւթներորդի արձակեսցես զնա ազատ ի քէն:
|
15:12 And if thy brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, and serve thee six years; then in the seventh year thou shalt let him go free from thee:
|
15:13 Եւ յորժամ արձակեսցես զնա[265], ոչ արձակեսցես զնա ունայն:
|
15:13 And when thou sendest him out free from thee, thou shalt not let him go away empty:
|
15:14 այլ հանդերձելով հանդերձեսցես զնա յոչխարաց քոց եւ ի ցորենոյ քումմէ եւ ի հնձանէ քումմէ. որպէս եւ օրհնեաց զքեզ Տէր Աստուած քո` տացես նմա:
|
15:14 Thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy floor, and out of thy winepress: [of that] wherewith the LORD thy God hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him:
|
15:15 Եւ յիշեսցես, զի եւ դու ծառայ էիր յերկրին Եգիպտացւոց, եւ փրկեաց զքեզ Տէր Աստուած քո անտի. վասն այնորիկ ես պատուիրեմ քեզ առնել զբանս զայս:
|
15:15 And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day:
|
15:16 Ապա թէ ասիցէ ցքեզ. Ոչ ելանեմ ի քէն. զի սիրեաց զքեզ եւ զտուն քո, զի բարի իցէ նմա առ քեզ:
|
15:16 And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go away from thee; because he loveth thee and thine house, because he is well with thee:
|
15:17 Առցես հերիւն, եւ ծակեսցես զունկն նորա ի վերայ [266]սեմոց դրանն, եւ եղիցի քեզ ստրուկ յաւիտեան, եւ զաղախին քո նոյնպէս արասցես:
|
15:17 Then thou shalt take an aul, and thrust [it] through his ear unto the door, and he shall be thy servant for ever. And also unto thy maidservant thou shalt do likewise:
|
15:18 Եւ մի՛ խիստ թուեսցի առաջի քո յորժամ արձակեսցես զնոսա ազատս ի քէն. զի ամի ամի վարձուք վարձկանի ծառայեաց քեզ զվեց ամ. եւ օրհնեսցէ զքեզ Տէր Աստուած քո յամենայնի զինչ եւ գործեսցես:

15:18 It shall not seem hard unto thee, when thou sendest him away free from thee; for he hath been worth a double hired servant [to thee], in serving thee six years: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all that thou doest:
|
15:19 Զամենայն անդրանիկս որ ծնանիցին յանդեայս քո եւ ի հօտս քո, զարուսն ի նոցանէ սրբեսցես Տեառն Աստուծոյ քում. ոչ գործեսցես անդրանկաւ եզին քո, եւ մի՛ կտրեսցես զանդրանիկս հօտից քոց:

15:19 All the firstling males that come of thy herd and of thy flock thou shalt sanctify unto the LORD thy God: thou shalt do no work with the firstling of thy bullock, nor shear the firstling of thy sheep:
|
15:20 Ամ յամէ կերիցես զնա առաջի Տեառն ի տեղւոջն զոր ընտրեսցէ Տէր Աստուած քո, դու եւ տուն քո:
|
15:20 Thou shalt eat [it] before the LORD thy God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, thou and thy household:
|
15:21 Եւ եթէ արատաւոր իցէ կամ կաղ կամ կոյր, եւ կամ ամենայն արատ չար զինչ եւ գուցէ ի նմա, մի՛ զենցես զնա Տեառն Աստուծոյ քում:
|
15:21 And if there be [any] blemish therein, [as if it be] lame, or blind, [or have] any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto the LORD thy God:
|
15:22 այլ ի քաղաքս քո կերիցես զնա. անսուրբն ի քեզ եւ սուրբն նոյնպէս կերիցեն, իբրեւ զայծեամն կամ զեղջերու:
|
15:22 Thou shalt eat it within thy gates: the unclean and the clean [person shall eat it] alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart:
|
15:23 Բայց զարիւն մի՛ ուտիցես, յերկիր հեղուցուս զնա իբրեւ զջուր:
|
15:23 Only thou shalt not eat the blood thereof; thou shalt pour it upon the ground as water:
